MANHEIM, PA – Four Seasons Produce, a wholesaler based in Ephrata, PA, that is celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2026, hosted its fourth annual Fresh Fest Independent Retailer Trade Show & Conference on April 21 at The Junction Center, here. In all, more than 400 attendees gathered in this rural area of the Keystone State to network and promote their items to independent retailers and natural food store leaders.

EPHRATA, PA — Four Seasons Produce, a full-line wholesaler that specializes in supplying organic and conventional produce to independent retailers in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions, kicked off it’s fourth annual Fresh Fest Independent Retailer Trade Show & Conference on April 20 with an opening reception at Elizabeth Farm in Lititz, PA. The reception, which followed a tour of the company’s facilities that was held earlier in the afternoon, provided a festive setting for attendees to network ahead of the expo the following day.

SAN ANTONIO, TX — The Texas International Produce Association's 11th annual Viva Fresh Expo included expanded networking opportunities such as the Viva Fresh Open across two golf courses at the TPC San Antonio, as well as the Second Annual Viva Fresh Pickleball Tournament and the first ever Viva Fresh Wine Tasting. SAN ANTONIO — Y-TIPA, a division of the Texas International Produce Association geared toward association members under the age of 35, held a reception April 17, here, at the 11th annual Viva Fresh Expo, drawing up-and-comers who will shape the direction of the Texas produce industry in the years to come. Attendees had an opportunity to network and participate in fun team-building activities in a lively atmosphere ahead of the opening reception that followed.

The Eastern Produce Council hosted its annual John J. McAleavey Gala on Saturday, April 18, at the Liberty House in Jersey City, NJ, celebrating a major milestone: the organization’s 60th anniversary, having been founded in 1966. 

The evening included a cocktail hour starting at 7 p.m., a dinner buffet, a performance by Kevin Lee, a comedic magician, and dancing against the backdrop of the Manhattan skyline. As the main fundraising effort of the Eastern Produce Council, the annual gala enabled it to continue supporting worthy causes and organizations in the produce industry and members’
