Pacific Trellis Fruit/Dulcinea Farms welcomed industry veterans Matt Tanner, Evangelina Kaudze and Shawn Young to the company, bolstering its ranks with added experience.

Tanner joins the company as senior sales executive. He brings nearly 30 years of produce industry experience and has held various sales and sales leadership roles throughout his career. Most recently, he was the vice president of sales at Sol Group Marketing.  He is a California native having graduated from UC-Davis with a degree in in agricultural economics. Tanner will be based in Florida.

Nathan Bender, a 16-year agribusiness veteran and co-founder of baby potato category leader Tasteful Selections, has assumed the role of president at the organization he helped establish in 2010.

Bender, Tasteful Selections' chief operating officer since January 2019, will succeed his father, Bob Bender, as president.  Bob Bender will remain with Tasteful Selections as CEO.

The Southeast Produce Council announced Frances O'Neal, granddaughter of Bradley O'Neal of Coosaw Farms, as this year's SEPC Nolan Family Foundation Scholarship recipient.

Grimmway Farms marked this year’s National Intern Day by celebrating its talented intern and summer work experience teams.

For decades, Grimmway has offered paid internship programs to qualifying students, along with a unique paid work experience program for children of Grimmway employees who currently attend high school and college.

Jill Moran, a long-time Monterey Mushrooms employee, re-joined the sales team as a sales manager based out of Watsonville, CA. Moran will manage fresh mushroom sales for retail and foodservice customers in the western region.

In this role, Moran will be responsible for the sales of mushrooms grown, packed and shipped from the company's farms in Royal Oaks and Morgan Hill, CA, which grow, harvest and pack conventional and organic white, Baby Bella and Portabella mushrooms.
